Our Story
From a side project to a global platform
TrySolar started as a physics-based solar simulator — a tool to help one homeowner figure out if solar panels made sense for their roof. The math was good, so we kept building.
We added regional electricity rates, local incentive programs, and real irradiance data for 40 countries. Then solar installers started asking if they could use it as a sales tool. So we built that too.
Today, TrySolar is a platform: a simulator that runs real physics, a directory of 325+ verified solar professionals, and a suite of pro tools for salespeople who close deals on the spot. We're operated by Vertikal TD Limited, a Hong Kong-based technology company.
